From 02.-17.07.2004, Montreux (SUI) vibrated, for the 38th time, to the rhythm of the Festival. Marked by the strong presence of jazz and unforgettable musical moments, this edition beat all the records with 100’000 spectators and about 220’000 visitors on the site despite bad weather conditions. 

Myriam Neuhaus as project manager organised the presence of DRS 3 at the Montreux Jazz Festival 2004. Together with the French speaking Swiss Radio (RSR) the DRS 3 team covered in Montreux life the festival and the musicians. The jointly used studio became the ideal networking place for the presenters of both stations.

DRS 3 is the leading pop and rock radio station in German speaking Switzerland.
