FC Thun participated in season 2005/2006 at the UEFA Champions League Qualification. These matches and the matches of the UEFA Champions League Group stage were played at the Stade de Suisse. Stade TV produced a sophisticated entertainment program for the spectators.

Ralph Ammann was working as Head of Events and Marketing at Stade de Suisse Nationalstadion AG. In this function he initiated the project stadium tv and was responsible for its realisation.
